Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, physical asanas and breathing techniques. For thousands of years, this sacred science and technology was veiled in secrecy, passed along verbally from master to disciple.

Known as the yoga of awareness, it focuses on self-awareness and delivering an experience of higher consciousness. It is referred to as a householder path; one that is practiced by those with families and jobs as opposed to the removal from society, which is the traditional path of a yogi.
