As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Kundalini Yoga teacher (KRI Level 2 - 340 hours), Sound Therapy and Reiki practitioner; I provide a 360 degree view on health and well-being. I am passionate about improving the health and happiness of myself, my family, friends and you.

This hasn't always been the case, as a child I inhaled junk food all day everyday, washing it down with a couple of litres daily of Diet Coke. Meat was eaten at least twice a day, meal without meat was more like a snack. Breakfast was always skipped as I was never hungry that early but if I did force it down - peanut butter on toast or a sugary packaged cereal drenched in whole fat milk - I'd feel sick. Vegetables were peas, potatoes and carrots, boiled to death and laden with gravy.

Despite all the bad eating habits and lack of exercise - PE twice a week that I'd always try to get out of - I had I never seemed to put on any weight. Whilst I considered myself quite lucky because of that, it led to a lot of speculation of an eating disorder from teachers and comments from peers. I can honestly say that the stigma, of being 'too skinny', and not good enough, stuck with me until recently.

I've worked in a corporate environment and for many years the hospitality industry, at various London nightclubs. I've seen and experienced the negative choices of both: poor food choices, caffeine reliance, drug use, alcohol abuse, stress, lack of sleep, 100mph lifestyles, so feel I can relate without judgment. I have lived these lifestyles, so have the ability to draw from my experiences and develop a plan that suits the individual needs of different lifestyles.

Tone deaf, lazy, devout meat eater, junk food enthusiast and an atheist I would never have believed I would be doing what I  love and being able to positively effect peoples lives -  nutritional therapist, yoga teacher, seeker, plant based, sound healer. It just goes to show how things can change, who we are today is not necessarily who we will be tomorrow.

I have been blessed with learning from the best teachers.
